capuccino ( indian version )without espresso machine

A cappuccino is a coffee drink topped with foamed milk. It is made in a steam-producing espresso machineEspresso is poured into the bottom third of the cup, followed by a similar amount of hot milk. The top third of the drink consists of milk foam; this foam can be decorated with artistic drawings made with the same milk (source: Wikipedia)

Ingredients:
(For one cup)
1 tsp coffee powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp water
1 cup milk
(cocoa powder or coffee powder to sprinkle on top)- optional

1. Add coffee powder, sugar and water to the coffee mug and stir vigorously till the mixture turns very frothy and pale in colour. 



2. For 3 cups, i tripled the quantity mentioned above, made the coffee mix in a bowl and divided it equally for 3 mugs. Now add hot milk to the mugs. Stir with a spoon. Serve with cocoa powder sprinkled on top.
